The Mexicano is a wild agave that thrives in the moist environment of lower elevations. This large, wild agave grows to maturity in 12-14 years. The Mexicano agave has a rich concentration of sugar that produces a complex mezcal.
Tasting notes: tamarind, grapefruit, quince, cardamom, leather and lemon.
Tepeztate is a wild and rare agave that grows on the high rocky cliffs of Oaxaca. Considered one of the most valuable agaves, tepeztate takes 25-30 years to reach maturity. specially hand-picked espadin.
Tasting notes: green apple, green grape, ginger, floral, rosemary, green melon and mamey.
Rich, smooth and refined, it sips like a rare whisky. Our mezcal añejo is twice distilled then aged in American oak whiskey barrels which impart a rich caramel color and renders complex tasting notes.
Tasting notes: guava, maple, star fruit, anise, quince and dark chocolate.
